Replacing the cooling fan in a cooker

Most electric cookers have a cooling fan to help the oven cool down during and after use.

As with all mechanical devices they eventually fail. After about 20 years of use the one in our oven has become extremely noisy and I suspect the bearing has worn out. Replacing the cooling fan is not that difficult. The same process applies to many similar items.
